Responsibilities:

• To ensure smooth production operation with production report
• To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality
• To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done
• To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist
• To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield

Requirement

• Higher NITEC in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering field.
• 1-2 years in stamping / spring production or manufacturing industry.
• Must have experiences in operating Autospring & Multislde machines.
• Able to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in troubleshooting, analytical & problem-solving skills and application of SPC tools.
• A team player.
