Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor/coach team members to achieve desired levels of performance, quality, and efficiency
- Process and approve benefits claims submitted by staff for reimbursement timely, in accordance with prevailing policies and legislation
- Compile, organize, and report data to effectively present business opportunities, trends, and team performance indicators
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Conduct verification checks on claim records and assist in queries from employees, auditors, etc
- Manage staff enquiries through phone calls and/or emails and/or HR Support Centre
- Participate in system upgrades/changes and UAT sessions
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline
- At least 7 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years relevant to benefits operations/ admininistration
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
- Fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player
- Able to prioritise work, organised, meticulous and proactive
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
