Handle all tour bookings, reservations, customisations and amendments
Prepare sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers
Generate leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch and close sales
Develop and establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships
Assist in operational procedures i.e. customisation of tours, tour logistics and on the ground management
Ensure quality service & tour delivery and compliance of operational procedures
Identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods / procedures
Work with internal and marketing teams to achieve company strategic objectives and goals
Stay up to date with industry trends and updates
Follow up and maintain relationship with clients
Monitor monthly sales target, tour volume, feedback and customer reviews
Oversee sales team and ensure smooth coordination within the team
Handle other administrative tasks
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business or related field
Min. 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
Experience in travel/customer service industry will be an added advantage
