Assistant Biologist (cell culture) – 1 Year Contract

​ Our client is a German - based chemicals manufacturer in Singapore. The company is expanding rapidly in recent years to cater the needs of producing a wide range of innovative products. This has also extended to its research and development capabilities.

Responsibilities: ​

·       To perform monolayer and 3D cell culture of in vitro lab samples.

·       To conduct analysis and generation of the test results from the biochemistry tests.

·       To provide assistance in the project development.

·       To provide assistance in the process development and optimisation of PCR test methods.

Requirements: ​

·       Bachelor of Life Science/ Science/ Biochemistry or equivalent.

·       Minimally with relevant internship experience working with cell culture/ microscopy.

·       Good knowledge of various bioanalytical techniques (ELISA/ In vitro assay).

·       Good knowledge of cell biology.

·       Experience working with 3D cell culture, H&E or immunofluorescence staining is an advantage.
