Responsibilities:
- Lead and generate aftermarket sales and meet the annual sales target by identifying, developing,
quoting and closing the sales opportunities timely
- Work closely with the potential and existing customers and our vendors to develop turnkey projects, parts, service and maintenance opportunities
- Support the Project Team for project and service execution, work on business processes and collaborate with other business teams
- Negotiate with customers and vendors on scope, price and terms and conditions
- Provide sales updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about sales status,
execution strategy, adjustments and progress
- Support Marketing Team and participate in Marketing campaign to promote service
business products and services
- Research and report on competitor’s trend of technology in power business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years of
progressive experience preferably in Energy industry
- Experience in aftermarket tender bidding, proposal preparation, creating cost
calculation and closing sales
- Strong knowledge of project, parts, service and maintenance business for Gas
Turbine, Generator, Steam Turbine and Boiler
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Excellent time management skills to manage concurrent tasks and provide regular sales updates to various stakeholders about the status, progress, adjustments and strategy
