Manage and support planning and procurement of medical, non-medical equipment, and other faclity equipment in Hospital when necessary.
Prepare work plans, setup meeting sessions, and setting goals and targets.
Responsible for budgetary planning and control, ensuring that the development keeps within budget.
Work closely with user department and various stakeholders in the preparation of technical compliance/specifications of medical, non-medical equipment and furniture for in tender submissions.
Support tender committees in their evaluation of equipment and services for procurement.
Liaise and manage external contractors on service and tender commitment issues.
Keep abreast of healthcare planning topics and issues, so as to lead the hospital development in the desired direction
Attach to Group / Site team to familiarize with Group BME policies and procedures through supporting the daily operations to align with organization and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in the Biomedical / Electrical & Electronics or Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical equipment.
Experience working in healthcare institutions environment and possess a good organisational/project management skills
Knowledge of medical standards/regulations and hospital layouts / facility planning.
Strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skill, and ability to work with various stakeholders
Meticulous, organized, logical and analytical, and a team-player.
Advantageous to have basic understanding in Cybersecurity and IT network knowledge.
