Job Description:
· Coordinate all interview matters with agents or direct applicants (including pre-service sponsorship candidates) and hiring managers to ensure timely arrangement
· Ensure candidates’ documentation completeness and upload the documents into the shared folders or send to interviewers prior to each interview
· Post-interview status update in the system and provide administration follow-up to meet the time-to-hire target. This include preparation of salary package and employment contract within the stipulated turnaround time.
Manage the relevant job portals and ensure timeliness in job posting to reduce time-to-hire. This include
· Other Administrative Role as assigned.
Requirement:
• Eligible to Diploma in HRM
• Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in the similar position
• Proficient in MS Excel or Word and PowerPoint
Additional information:
· Working days: Monday to Friday
· Salary up to $3300
· Located in Toa Payoh
