Job Description:

·       Co-ordinate with other departments, suppliers and customers to arrange the delivery according to customer PO and delivery instruction

·       Prepare Delivery Orders and Invoices to customer

·       Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers

·       Update inventory record and project delivery record.

·       Maintain all documentation for future traceability

·       Other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Requirement:

•        Eligible to Diploma in Accountancy

•        Minimum 1 years of Working Experience in the similar capacity.

•        SAP System.

Additional information:

·       Working days: Monday to Thursday, 8-6PM, Friday, 8-5PM

·       Salary up to $3500

·       Located in Benoi Road

·       Company Transport provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Boon Lay.
