Job Responsibilities

• Demand Planning - Unconstrained/constrained based on sales forecast, history, annual business plan, market updates and demand maneuvering within cycle. Further adjustment based on supply situation
• Sensible replenishment planning to various supply points based on demand planning, warehouse inventory levels and incoming.
• Inventory Management: Inventory and aging, to partner up with sources to minimise supply delays and to manage communications with regional stakeholders
• Regional S&OP preparation and hosting and Global S&OP representative
• Annual KPI target setting and improvement actions
• Reporting, analysis and effective actions to improve/tackle situations
• Focus on digitalisation to automate manual repeatable process and reduce time spent on running reports
• Lead and engage projects leveraging his/her expertise and experience for value creation in end-to-end supply chain
• Problem solving

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning fields
