6 Months Contract, Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.30 am - 6pm
- Provide excellent customer service experience for customers
- Manage the reception team as administrative leader and engage with business functions to align development and functional responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage and plan the business travel arrangements – coordinate flight and accommodation booking
- Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
- Diploma or Degree in related disciplines with minimally 3 years of relevant working experience as receptionist/front desk officer
- Excellent command of English (Spoken and Written)
