Become the owner of the projects for the semiconductor customers.
Providing pre-technical and post-technical support to customers on vision systems/inspection systems/AOI machines.
Performing engineering product setup/new installation which can be local or overseas.
Support the FAT/SAT for the new equipment, monitor the ongoing projects, and report back the issues to the other engineering teams.
Evaluate and qualify new products installed.
Conduct customer training and able to perform remote technical support.
Assist sales team for customer’s technical requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or other related engineering field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience on machine vision/inspection system/laser optics application, preferably in Backend semiconductor products support.
Good knowledge on camera / lens / optical system.
Possess strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to support customers overseas.
