Job Responsibilities
- Learning & Development
- Identify and analyze training needs within the organization.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and deliver both internal and external training programs
- Facilitation of some training programs- to meet organization’s needs.
- Plan budget and control for each program in charge.
- Support the development of framework for the career development plan with Head Quarters and build functional skill matrix competencies
- Talent Acquisition
- Sub-PIC for talent acquisition activities for both fresh graduate, mid-career hiring and internship program.
- HR Consultancy and Advisory
- Provide HR consulting and advisory services, particularly in Talent Development and Talent Acquisition area to local HR team in other offices, subsidiaries and affiliates within Asia Pacific region.
- Ad-hoc projects
- To take part and/or lead project(s) as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Min 3 yrs in the relevant field
- Ability to develop and/or run training programs
- Excellent coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
