Manage full set of accounts including but not limited to all aspects of general ledger, accounts receivable and processing of payment to vendors
Month end closing of accounts with completion of schedules and reports
Prepare monthly GST reconciliation statement and quarterly GST submission
Assist in monthly forecast and yearly budget exercise
Handle property tax related matters including preparing and maintaining Tenancy Schedule, liaising with consultants and relevant government parties
Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum 3 Years of Working Experience
Flexibility with work schedule based on business needs
