Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee information records in employee P-file which includes the scanning and classification of all p-file documents in preparation of
electronic archiving and audit purposes
- Assist in the employee life cycle process which includes recruitment, onboarding, contracting, orientation & exit for full-time employees & contractors
- Update and maintain HR SOP to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Assist in the production of the HR quarterly employee magazine
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in MNC companies
- Strong in HR daily operational function and activities
- High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude
- Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment
- Well organized, strong process orientation
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP and Success Factor will be an advantage
- Knowledge of local labour laws and legislations
Additional Information
- Will be required to travel to another office in Benoi (not on a frequent basis)
