Our client is a reputable Shipping MNC. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as "Asst Manager/Manager (Data Analytics/Analysis – For Service Quality Management)".
In this role, you will be responsible for the following :
- Drive Service Quality Improvement by leveraging data in dashboards & service cloud
- Build a framework in Global Service for data analytics around core Service KPIs
- Understand data trends, potential correlations and thereby identify areas for action
- Work actively with regional headquarters and frontline offices to improve core KPI performance and identifying & solve pain-points
- Engage various stakeholders in Global HQ to review KPI measurement criteria and get consistently good quality data
- Propose and drive required improvements in dashboarding with other Global Service Management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Discipline
- 4 years or more of relevant experience in Data Analytics or 5-8 years experience in Shipping with strong aptitude and interest in Data Analysis
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work across teams globally
- Experience working in Regional or Global HQ preferred
