Job Responsibilities:
- Manage commodities in area of consumables/ MRO / Spare Parts / assigned projects.
- Issue Purchase Order and follow-up with delivery.
- Sourcing / Negotiate with suppliers for price & delivery.
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to expedite and complete the assigned tasks on-time.
- Ensure compliance to Company Procurement Strategy & Policies
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder with relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- A team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of commonly use business software (SAP, Ms Office).
- Negotiation skills, contract management, & basic knowledge in shipping terms.
