Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement new process in Wet Etching/Cleaning and/or Polishing for mass production
• Responsible for new equipment set up, installation and qualification
• Process improvement and optimization to enhance on quality, cost reduction and productivity
• Maintain the process and equipment documentation including operating, maintenance and work procedure
• Training of technicians on standard procedure and work instruction
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements

• Degree in Material Science, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent discipline
• 2-3 years of working experience in preferably Wet Etching process. Else polishing / cleaning process may also be considered
• Proficient in DOE, FMEA, SPC
• Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
