Our client is a major Shipping cum Bunkering MNC. Currently, they are seeking a well experienced individual to join them as " Senior/Crewing Executive (Bunker or Oil/ Tanker)”.

Responsibilities :

• Arrangement of crew ashore 
• Arranging and co-ordination between crew and clinic for medical appointment
• Update stock availability & keying invoice billing details
• Preparation of crew employment contract
• Work Pass applications
• Crew Transfer Applications (for new vessel)
• Keeping track of personnel preparation for next appointments
• Verification and monitoring expiry date of certificate/ qualifications/ documentation
• Keep and updated records of qualifications, training and experience of sea staff
• Ensure the officers and ratings are suitably certificated, licensed and have valid work permits.
• Ensuring that the ships are manned in accordance with regulations and that ships’ crew are suitably trained and experienced to STCW requirements
• Vessel Safe Manning
• Flight arrangement for Sign on/off crew
• Any other task as assigned by Crewing Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies / Marine Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience in crewing in tanker or bunkering company
• Multilingual would be advantageous
• Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Knowledge of Mandatory STCW certifications, Seafarers’ employment, MLC and Flag State requirement
