Our Client is a well known and well established Shipping brand. In view of expansion, they are currently seeking a well qualified candidate to join them as : " Assistant Manager (E-Commerce & Digitalization) (Shipping)".
In this role, you will be involved in the following :
- Contributing to Project design, Development, Implementation & communication at appropriate touch points throughout the life cycle of E-Commerce and Digitalization projects
- Liaise with regional stakeholders of Customer Service and IT development teams
- Ensure customer service initiatives to primarily focus on improving productivity
- Innovate continuously with new ideas and solutions and to promote or enrich customer service and other applications capabilities.
- Explore integration opportunities aimed to enhance user experience flow
- Participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects involving eCommerce & corporate portal application areas towards digitization & other digital offerings to the customer
- Train juniors/newcomers on relevant application areas and impart knowledge to team members to help them understand the work/project they are involved in
- Take part in ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
- Ideally 4 years or more of relevant experience as Project Lead/Support or in Business Analysis and possessing hands on experience in liner operations system or process improvement
- Experience in project management (Agile/Waterfall) & in process & system analysis
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders to understand requirement and to work towards achieving a goal
- Experience in customer facing applications development would be advantageous
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum Project life cycle and analytics skills (e.g. Looker, Google Analytics) would be advantageous
