Responsibilities

• To support Ecommerce & Smart Retail Channel Executive
• Management of Online Sales Portal
• Management of marketplace platform
• Management of Vending Machine/Kiosk Channel
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for product launches
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on stocks and logistic arrangement
• Liaising with Customer Service Team to address related customer service matters
• Liaising with Finance & Vendors to facilitate timely settlement

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or Ecommerce/Related
• Experience in Ecommerce will be an advantage
