Processing daily purchase orders (POs) and invoices, updating of database and preparing team reports
Submitting e-filling or manual invoice filling to retailers for payment, address customer queries with regards to invoices or billing matters
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Providing administration and coordination assistance to Key Account Managers, Key Account Executives and Merchandisers in the Sales department, eg Data management/filing, filling up retailer forms etc
Creating and maintaining product information in SAP, including up-keeping of product master lists
Coordinating with logistics partner and internal stakeholders on delivery arrangements
Handling inventory, shipment and product labelling related matters
Coordinating with Accounts department on goods return and other related matters
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervison
Requirement:
GCE O Level and Above
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel (such as VLookup, Pivot table, etc)
Committed team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with SAP software is an advantage
Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking personnel

Working days: Monday to Friday
Salary up to $ 2200
