Job Scope:  

• Determine potential customers and determine a strategy for winning contracts for maintenance and technical services.  
• Develop and maintain detailed information on potential customer organizations, key decision makers, and key influencers with the purpose of fostering relationship.  
• Coordinate key issues with senior management prior to contract completion.  
• Develop the value proposition presentation and sales tools for regional Marketing Managers to use to promote sales of maintenance and technical services (Solution sales approach).  
• Assess and/or develop understanding of the maintenance services and the value it provides to airlines in order to reach company profit and sales targets.  

Requirements:  

• Degree/diploma in Avionics/Aeronautics/General Aviation/Communications/System Engineering.  
• At least 3 years commercial experience in marketing to the airlines/military/security/ general aviation market.  
• Specialized knowledge of Avionics and airline rotables, an advantage.  
• Good marketing skill in other system engineering disciplines may also be applicable. 
• Willing to travel (Singapore).
• Long term career objective, good communication skill, analytical mind and ambition to develop.
