Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee information records in employee P-file which includes the scanning and classification of all p-file documents in preparation of electronic archiving and audit purposes.
- Assist in the employee life cycle process which includes recruitment, onboarding, contracting, orientation & exit for full-time employees & contractors.
- Update and maintain HR SOP to identify opportunities for process improvement Assist in the production of the HR quarterly employee magazine.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in MNC companies.
- Strong in HR daily operational function and activities.
- High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude.
- Quick learner, great team player and ability to work effectively in a complicated business environment.
- Well organized, strong process orientation.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with SAP and Success Factor will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and legislations.
