Roles and Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: You are not expected to execute marketing campaigns, write copy, code websites or setup marketing automation campaigns. However, you need to be familiar with what we do and the specific outcomes we deliver, and direct them to the right team.
• Client management: You need to be a person that cares deeply about helping make other people successful. That means managing expectations, being clear in your communication, and being willing to coach clients. You also need to be comfortable with challenging conversations and have the ability to diffuse tense situations and the foresight to navigate around potential pitfalls.
• Scheduling: Managing company schedules and calendaring internally and if necessary, coordinate with clients and agency partners to arrange for meetings, being present and sending post-meeting minutes. You will be trained on how to manage the platforms we use - Google Calendar, Book like a Boss, and Zoom.
• Other Ad-hoc duties.  

Additional Information:

• You must be prepared and experienced with working from home. You should also be prepared to connect with clients in Virtual Meetings regularly
• Up to $3200 (Based on individual experience)
• WFO only 2 times per week but has to attend client meetings.
• Located in Tai Seng (Walking Distance from Tai Seng MRT)
