Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing blue collared manufacturing employees and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, people cost management, succession planning, performance management, and annual rewards cycle management.
Responsibilities:
- People Cost Management - Annual Budget planning, adherence and reporting
- Employee Life Cycle Management - End to End Process which includes recruitment, onboarding, engagement, offboarding, grievances management, L&D and etc
- Succession & Talent Planning for functions in scope
- Performance Management and Annual Rewards Cycle Management
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing (unionized) experience is an advantage
- Good understanding of SG's Employment Act & foreign labor guidelines.
- Ability to interact effectively across different stakeholders
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends, scope out problems and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
