Deputy Department Manager (IT Infrastructure – Japanese Speaking) 

Responsibilities  

• Single-point-of-contact for Infrastructure team for all new system initiatives  
• Understand systems operations environment and drive Infrastructure Review Processes  
• Manage infrastructure services to support systems environments- Project management  
• Work closely with team members to deliver projects on time  
• Monitoring and reviewing own performance to achieve targets and dead-line. 

Requirement:  

• Advance knowledge and experience for IT infrastructure (Cloud - Azure, AWS, M365, Citrix VDI | On Prem - Wintel Server, Linux and PC); (Cisco Network, Various Firewall, WebFiltering, DNS, Wireless and SDWAN knowledge) 
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skill in English and Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients & HQ  
• Good budget planning, cost analysis and reporting skill.  
• Hands-on individual contributor and be able to lead and guide vendor, and work with local and offshore team- Good technical knowledge of application infrastructure 
• Manage Team/Department resource and budget- Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation
