Job Responsibilities
- A passionate HR that makes an impact to the organisation
- Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects
- Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities
- Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
- Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning
- Coach and guide hiring Managers
- Prepare and maintain HR reports
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 10 to 12 years of HR operations experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Prior experience with HR Systems
- Preferably with Payroll experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees of all levels
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to manage demanding workload and ‘hands-on”
- High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
- Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
