Obtain timely approvals from various internal stakeholders for quotations
Process invoices timely
Take minutes for monthly APAC marketing & PR meeting and disseminate to APAC team in the next working day
Perform data analysis when required
Assist in the budget and forecast, regional events planning & execution
Support in evaluating variable margin policy
Support in creating presentation slides for both internal and external stakeholders
Manage Customer Relation Management (CRM) system (follow up on discrepancies, Manage APAC events calendarand, updating APAC events in the LKEY weekly, )
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in relavent field
1 year experience in marketing fucntion
Exposre in overseas or APAC regions will be an added advantage
