Job Scope:

·       Handle sales inquiries and preparation of quotation to dealers.

·       Coordinate ordering processing with dealers.

·       Order processing using company internal system.

·       Work on data analysis and CRM to support dealers vs competitors.

·       Manage and monitor dealer’s inventory and sales forecast.

·       Prepare PowerPoint slides for management presentation.

·       Prepare monthly reports/ analysis for management.

·       Perform any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management from time to time.

 

Pre-requisites:

·       Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Marketing.

·       3 years of experience in machinery. (e.g construction)

·       Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.

·       Possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills.

·       Able to work independently and be self-motivated.

·       Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation.

·       Possess initiative, meticulous and is a keen learner.
