Responsibilities: 

• To develop new process steps for MEMS products to realize actuators such as PMUT and Micromirror
• To install, characterize and manage new equipment
• To define a process, stable and manufacturable capable to follow the product specifications to guarantee process quality
• To define a strategy to keep all process solution to contribute to develop new IP
• To transfer to Production teams robust process and technical know-how packages to allow smooth transition and stable production

Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years’ experience in Thin Film deposition Process Engineer role in Semiconductor Front-End, with special focus on ALD and CVD processes
• Good knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Material Science
• Knowledge on physical characterization
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Good technical reports and documentation writing skill
• Proficiency in Statistical Method/Analysis
• Strong problem solver, ability to work in teams and innovative
