Job Description:
- Plan and process payroll
- Compute and verify variable payroll data Eg: attendance, overtime, sales incentive, allowance, bonus.
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation.
- Manage all statutory submission payments and processing of government claims. (Eg: NS Makeup pay, training grants, maternity leave, etc)
- Prepare and submit CPF contributions, SDF and income tax
- Prepare pay slips
- Prepare standard monthly reports
- M onitor tax clearance of foreign workers
- Year-end tax filing
- Administer no-pay leave deduction/s where applicable
- Create and maintain accurate employee records and documents in the P-files
- Handle Government surveys and reports e.g. from MOM (with monetary information)
- Participate and assist with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives and programs
- Perform other ah-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Mini Diploma in HR Management or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years of Working Experience in the similar position

- Working days: Monday to Friday
