To plan and schedule maintenance works and projects (upgrading works and renovation as and when required)
Reviews maintenance contracts on their specifications and contents and put up the necessary approval to the HOD for their executions.
Conduct periodic inspection to all our properties to ensure that they are well maintained.
Assist the Manager in Capex and Opex planning.
Office Management for Head Office
To lease out and manage the Group's properties which includes but not limited to, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, securing and attending to all tenancy related matters.
To manage the Group's properties to ensure that they are in good and tenantable condition and attending to all facilities related issues.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Degree in Real Estate/Facilities Management
Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience in the similar position
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday
Salary up to $3500
