Job Responsibilities

  • Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
  • Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to HR practices, Employees Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Employees Turnover and Productivity.
  • Optimizing and implementing new data processes and HR systems
  • Compiling reports of data results for Management reporting
  • Playing a key role in the sourcing to delivery of a HRIS system for use across APAC offices
  • Assist in planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of the HRIS projects to meet agreed deliverables and scheduled time frames.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager as appropriate.
  • Acting as the primary person and first level contact between Country HR teams and the Project implementation team.
  • Working with the Country HR teams to obtain the data required to support the project(s).
  • Analyze ‘country-operations’ and process and provide support and suggestions to enhance business process from a system point of view.
  • Liaise with the IT-Team(s) for integration related matters to the various platforms.
  • Create training guide(s) for all internal users including HR admin based on “train the trainer” sessions.
  • Support post-system implementation

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
  • Relevant HR Certification
  • Min 6 years relevant working knowledge of Human Resource practices and experience working on HRIS System and Project Implementation
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Familiar with end-to end HR operations and in-depth understanding of labour laws
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with employees and external contacts. Able to communicate impactfully and influencing people positively.
  • An individual who is passionate, diligent and energized. Ability to take initiatives and has integrity.
  • Willing to be a hands-on person and support the growing organization.
  • Possess and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to achieving goals and delivering optimal results
