Responsibilities:
o Screening of IT positions’ CVs and updating of recruitment statistics for reporting
o Liaise with hiring managers on job descriptions and their short-listing
o Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs
o Liaise with schools for internship requests, submission and hiring
o Arrange & administering interviews & interview tests (no need to conduct interviews)
o Tracking of recruitment status
o Collection of data for Jobs Bank requirements
o Onboarding preparation and familiarization for interns
o Propose recruitment strategies or streamlining of recruitment processes as deemed fitting
o Data entry of invoices
§ Key in invoices via Adobe e-sign and send to verifiers for verification
§ Key in invoices in SAP R8P, for payment approvers to approve
