Responsibilities
· A passionate HR that makes an impact to the organisation
· Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Manpower Planning and Projects
· Ensure Recruitment activities are in accordance with TAFEP guidelines and equal employment opportunities
· Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
· Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning
· Coach and guide hiring Managers
· Prepare and maintain HR reports
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies or equivalent
· At least 10 to 12 years of HR operations experiences working in a similar capacity in an MNC
· Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
· Prior experience with HR Systems
· Preferably with Payroll experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
· Strong communication and good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees of all levels
· A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency
· Ability to manage demanding workload and ‘hands-on”
· High integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information and/or projects
· Flexible and self-motivated with ability to work independently
· Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
· Basic Salary : Up to $6500
