We are seeking an experience Operation & Management Director , reporting to the General Manager . The candidate will be responsible for operation and maintenance of asset management Power Plants in Asia region,

 The Person is also to take part/lead in technical coordination & advice, due diligence for business development projects, provide technical & project execution support and safety & risk management consultancy to projects within Asia region.

 The day-to-day works involve working in close coordination and collaboration with related functions such as O&M engineering and business development, EPC, Owner’s Engineer, etc.The individual will work directly with the General Manager to prioritize projects and maximize value creation associated with those projects.

 Main Responsibilities : 

• Technically, cooperate and lead the Asian region with staffs in the various division for Asian Projects
   Support Business Development team with a technical perspective when considering new project opportunities. Provide technical due diligence, review of O&M portion of financial model, and technical support during discussion with EPC contractor and owner’s engineer.
• Responsible for review, comment and administration of Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA), in order to ensure sustainable operation and ongoing projects.
• Analyze and provide solution and/or recommendations for several issues and incident happened on operating and maintenance of power plants.
• Provide safety and risk management consultancy for business development within Asia region.
   

Requirement 

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Engineering disciplines with 10 to 15 years of Operation & maintenance Management experience in Power Plant industry.
• Understanding of power markets, policy and regulations, vendors, consultancy service providers, and power economics in Asia.
• Deep understanding of value creation in energy power assets and markets in the region.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and collaboration skills within large organizations and with broad multi-party outside organizations.
• Ability to discover potential risks and unsafety circumstance in the activities.
• Ability to create appropriate safety circumstance and the procedures, and to instruct.
• Ability to travel for business trip such as the Philippines, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
