Responsibilities:  

• Familiar with Future Products and process flow to support BAU.
• Act as a deputy of Futures Team Lead to support Team Lead.
• To manage customer's expectations & settle all matters in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external audit requirements & local regulatory requirements are met.
• Participate in system projects and streamline the process as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance/Business Management.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of team lead experience in Futures and FX products.
• Candidate with relevant experience in leading team is required.
