Responsibilities
- Responsible in HR operations
- Onboarding preparation such as staff pass preparation, managing work passes, security bonds, contract renewal, exit clearance procedure, etc.
- Organize HR roundtable discussions and go to Gemba to understand the ground-level issues and provide better support to the business.
- Regulatory documents preparation for MOM, CPF board, IRAS, etc.
- HR Policies clarification and guidance
- Support in auditing process of payroll, SOX, statutory
- ensure data accuracy and completeness on Time Management System (TMS).
- Provide support for HR administration tasks.
- Surveys preparation and data analysis after when required
- Adhoc duties as and assigned by the HR Manager or Head of HR
- Responsible on benefits and welfares programs
Requirements
- Degree in HR/Accountancy or any relevant with Payroll function
- More than 2 to 3 years of working experience in payroll
