IT Recruitment (for perm hires, contract hires & internships)
Screening of IT positions’ CVs and updating of recruitment statistics for reporting
Liaise with hiring managers on job descriptions and their short-listing
Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs
Liaise with schools for internship requests, submission and hiring
Arrange & administering interviews & interview tests (no need to conduct interviews)
Tracking of recruitment status
Collection of data for Jobs Bank requirements
Onboarding preparation and familiarization for interns
Propose recruitment strategies or streamlining of recruitment processes as deemed fitting
Key in invoice via Adobe e-sign to send verification
Ad-Hoc HR/Finance-related duties (if any).
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma
Minimum 1 Years of Working Experience
Knowledge of SAP R8P will be an added advantage
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday, 8-5/9-6
Salary up to $2700
1 year contract
Located in Upper Changi (Near Expo MRT)
