Handles packaging material inventory, manages product artwork changes, resolves supply issues, issues purchase orders, supports transactional activities, and participates in various projects.
Packaging Material Planning
Consolidate the finished goods supply forecast and translate it into packaging supply plans in alignment to ensure the production plan runs smoothly within healthy inventory levels for the Singapore Plant
Work closely with suppliers and production planners to resolve supply issues
Handling all packaging material inventories, including excess and obsolescence
Manage artwork changes, including new product launches, with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Marketing & production teams and production planner)
Systems Transaction & Billing
Issue purchase orders in the ERP System to suppliers for the purchase of packaging materials and finished goods
Support transactional activities within the ERP System such as updating inventory receiving and issuance, receiving purchase orders, etc.
Improvement Projects & Processes
Support projects involving end-to-end supply chain processes
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
Degree in Supply Chain Executive/ Business Administrative
Experience in end to end supply chain processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay)
Minimum 2 Years working experience

Salary up to $3500 + $80 Transport Allowance
