Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts including account payable, account receivable, GL. Etc.
• Prepare and manage daily transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedule.
• Perform monthly closing reports, management reporting.
• Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations.
• Liaise and work with tax agent on tax compliance matters and review tax computation prepared by tax agent.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors in relation to audit requirements, including preparation of audited financial statements.
• Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies and other regulations
• Prepare and process monthly payroll.
• Liaise with corporate secretary for all corporate secretarial matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned.

Requirement:

• Eligible to Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in International freight forwarding business is advantage
• Minimum 3 Years working experience

• Working days: Monday to Friday
