Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales’ and customer’s records
- Generation of sales forecast reports, monthly sales results, and other statistics for the service team
· Maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Maintain and update sales’ and customer’s records
- Generation of periodical reports, and other statistics for the Sales Department
- Organize meetings, logistics including travel arrangements, visas, permits to enter customer facilities
- Team meeting reports and follow-up activities
- Provision of administrative support to Sales Department team in preparation of quotations and contracts
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, presentations
- Maintain an efficient document control, filing and retrieval system
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Assist Aftermarket Sales team in ad-hoc project assignments, when required and any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time
Requirement
- Minimum GCE "O" Level
- More than 2 years of working experience in providing administrative function
- Experience in sales support function will be added advantage
