Responsibilities:

• Support reporting to ministries for grants and claims and internal financial reports, which includes tracking, submission and reconciliation of claims.
• Support internal allocations to capture fully loaded cost for the clinical departments and their services.
• Partner clinical departments to analyze financials, assess viability of projects and adequacy of funding approaches.
• Be involved in development of impactful periodic departmental reports which include productivity and financial analysis.
• Assist in annual budget and projection cycles, work with departments to understand opportunities and risks and develop improvement plans.
• Support national system implementation and document processes.
• Take on other ad-hoc and admin matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines; Accountancy, Business, Finance.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Be a team player and also able to work independently.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a good balance between implementation and accuracy.
• Motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel (advanced), VBA Macros, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with scripting and data visualization tools, such as Python and Power BI is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare sector or operational planning will be an advantage.
