Responsibilities:

• Lead Global S&OP meeting and align with regions.
• Translate and interpreted the outcome of the GS&OP into a production/replenishment plan.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to meet customer demand, Inventory replenishment at different locations while achieving inventory and service KPI.
• Optimize production plan via coordination with plant and manage distribution to regions across globe in line with company strategy.
• Monitor inventory level and make appropriate action to keep optimized inventory level aligning to KPI.
• Monitor global demand and inventory and coordinate with regions to adjusted to optimized level.
• Supply China Service Level Performance & Continuous Improvement.
• Publishing and managing the plant status report.
• To share the global order intake and Inventory status report for the global regions.
• To share the Mix report for M+3 horizon to plan production, inventory simulation.
• To Manage the KPI weekly or monthly reports for DPA, PPA, Aging, inventory, DOI and MEF.
• Coordinate with SSNC business planning team to plan the production sequence / Quantity.
• Follow up on any missing reservation with SSNC.
• Closely follow up with regions to align on the STO replenishments plan.
• Master data clean up in ECC, APO and MDG.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning fields.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
