Responsibilities:
- Lead Asia’s marcoms to coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies across all facets of digital marketing including but not limited to; press releases, campaigns, owned, earned and paid platforms.
- Support the day-to-day management of all companies websites ensuring that we continue to deliver personalised experiences online.
- Oversee and implement the social media content strategy to align with business objectives and brand messaging.
- Work with incumbent agencies to create a content plan and publish engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage relationships with social media influencers and Company Creators to develop co [1] marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Use social media analytics to measure performance, making recommendations and implement changes to continue driving and improving ROI.
- Continue to build an active and engaged community of brand loyalists across all social media channels as well as company’s own database.
- Manage the collation and dissemination of assets to both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining information control and confidentiality.
- Manage department product demo and samples inventory.
- Assist in monitoring A&P expenses (monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Assist all teams on day-to-day operations, including local teams’ requests and activity support.
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or relevant Communications program.
- 5 years of working experience in consumer industry and at least 2 years in an MNC environment.
- Experienced in managing different digital and social platform functions and operations.
- Handled B2C market (consumer market like electronics / luxury products, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing different digital and social platform functions and operations.
- Contribute and build an integrated communication framework between the various portfolios and cross-collaborative functions with other departments and local teams.
- Possess strong organisational skills and meticulous in quality of deliverables.
- Mature, possess drive, initiative and good team spirit with intercultural understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multi-task.
