Responsibilities:

• Working closely with sales colleagues, establish a communication link and relationship with our customers to understand their current and future technical requirements.
• Interpret specifications. Establish optimal routing of qualification/production material based on material characterization testing and yield information.
• Work and collaborate with global internal groups to develop strategies to meet customer needs and trends.
• Shape external presentations to the customer.
• Attend as Company Representative in technical conferences and classes, where necessary.
• Assist customer with issues working with internal groups to obtain solutions.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science, Engineering or any equivalent discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
• Customer focused & Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Demonstrating project management abilities
• Strong communication skills and experience in global organization
• Maintain strong knowledge on industry trends (Wafer Fabrication Technology) and identify opportunities for future growth.
