Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative functions including handling of emails
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, conduct meetings, and take meeting minutes
- Prepare & disseminate critical information to various stakeholders
- Manage the calendar according to different time zones
- Organize & coordinate airfare, accommodation, travel insurance, & visas for business travel
- Manage specific projects assigned by APAC CFO, from planning to tracking progress & reporting on status & results.
- Conduct research & data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements.
- Support the continuous optimization of the organization.
- Coordinate document preparation, review, follow-up, & signature process with different departments.
- Support & manage Finance HR matters as well as talent process.
Job Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar executive assistant or PA role
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
- Strong coordination and planning skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Analytical, meticulous, and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Possess a high level of discretion and integrity
- Possess diplomacy and professionalism in handling internal and external customers
