Responsibilities:
Animate solutions:
- Participate to commercial conventions.
- Communicate across the network on tools new releases and updates.
Support sales teams:
- Be the subject matter expert (SME) for the Aerospace solutions.
- Collaborate with VM Regional Heads on trainings.
Support users:
- Provide user support on the IT tools.
Support implementations:
- Be part of the implementation team (as an aerospace solution SME)
- Write the aerospace section of SOPs.
- Customer onboarding and support
Organize trainings, stay up to date:
- Train ops and customer users
- Organize and control user training refreshers.
- Participate in mandatory aerospace solution training refreshers.
Continuous improvement:
- Gather improvement ideas and feedback from all users (internal and external)
- Communicate ideas to Global team.
Quality:
- Coordinate with countries quality delegates, be the escalation manager in QLB.
- Analyse KPI and NCR.
Requirements:
- Minimum ten years in the relevant field, especially, Minimum three years’ experience in project management.
- Degree in Logistics or Operation Management.
- Knowledge on Power BI, MS Office (Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable dealing with clients, providing training, liaise with internal depts to provide solution for clients.
