Responsibilities

• Order processing.
• Check correctness and accuracy of orders processed.
• Advice availability and delivery lead time to dealers.
• Backlog order confirmation, expedition and follow up.
• Support in handling key account (HAP) return shipment and re-shipment.
• Monitor overdue account and chase payment.
• Provide administrative support such as correspondence & filing.
• Other relevant duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in business, marketing or relevant field
• 1-3 years of working experience in order processing function
