Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on staffing, job descriptions, and salary proposals.
• Support Compensation & Benefits Manager with grading, compensation reviews, bonuses, and rewards.
• Implement and manage P&O policies and governance, including employee handbook and AskP&O platform.
• Handle P&O employment areas, such as hiring, termination, mobility services, and expatriate management.
• Oversee employee data management on all P&O platforms.
• Comply with statutory requirements, manage employee mobility and work passes applications.
• Manage HR outsourcing vendors, relocation services, and immigration services.
• Conduct training, P&O events, and safety drills.
• Support P&O transformation projects like SAP Success Factors and Shared Services Centre.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources within multinational companies
• Proficiency in MS Excel and a keen interest in leveraging HR technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positivity, initiative, precision, team spirit, discretion, and dedication to outstanding service.

Additional:

• Shuttle bus services from various location such as Bedok, Sengkang, Tampines, Woodlands, Yishun, Pasir Ris, Ang Mo Kio, Khatib.
